Dinkelsbühl - city of timbered houses

The old town festival, 11 September 2016, marks the end of our youth hostel's renovation and refurbishment. From that day on, you will be able to experience the 25 en suite rooms, accessible floors and four modernly equipped conference rooms with all their timber-framed charm.
The large historic hall and the outdoor facility for sports; rest and relaxation are inviting our guests to stay.

The conference rooms are located in what used to be the attic, 25 to 65 square meters in size and, the same as all other premises, reachable via an elevator. Every floor provides one wheelchair-accessible room. All public sanitary installations are barrier-free.

The outdoor-area is entirely new, offering a unique view of the minster of St. Georg standing among Germany's official, most beautiful historic city.

Play sports, celebrate recreation, live community communally - it's all possible in the new garden, offering a "House Of Research"  for children, a barbecue area for you to spoil your gums and enjoy a campfire for friends to dismiss the day with twist bread.

And because Dinkelsbühl is bordering the "romantic road", there are numerous cycling and hiking paths leading through in the forested lakescape around the town, our youth hostel has a small bicycle repair shop right at your disposal, giving you the opportunity to shed your bike as well as carrying out smaller repairs. You can also simply rent a bicycle, shed your luggage in lockers or even wash and dry your clothing!

Transfer possible on request.

We recommend the youth hostel Feuchtwangen as an attractive alternative for your stay until all construction works in Dinkelsbühl are concluded.
